I have found the creatures are intriguing. I don’t think I have read anything quite like The Human Hybrid Odyssey. The dangers rise, the beasts are more brutal. Can they learn to work together? Can they learn to trust each other? The books are short and easy to read. I found myself gobbling up the words, having to know what comes next. We definitely see the dark side of the world the authors created. The beasts are savage. Are any of their human qualities left? I’m curious how the authors will bring the story to its conclusion.
